Six films that deserved to win an Oscar

Deserved or not, there are cult films, which have not been awarded as they should or as perhaps, film lovers, believed.

The Academy Awards does not often reflect the taste of public opinion, generating discontent and disbelief.

In our gallery we have included the film The Walf of Wall Street, perhaps considered too violent, incorrect, ruthless and vulgar for the Oscar jury.

In that year he won "12 Years a Slave".

Browse the gallery to discover the films that deserved to win an Oscar!

INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF DESTINY

The upcoming film Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is scheduled to release on June 30, 2023. The gripping trailer shows Harrison Ford as the legendary archaeologist. After Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull failed to impress the fans in theatres, the new part is surely going to be a treat for all and the trailer has more reasons to prove it.

The intriguing clip shows a de-aged Harrison Ford who brings back his glory days of archaeology and adventures. The trailer opens with some classic, death-defying Indy antics as he jumps between speeding cars.

There are certain sequences of Ford running along a moving train and riding a motorcycle in the rain after a plane. In one of the shots, Harrison says "I don't believe in magic, but a few times in my life I've seen things. Things I can't explain," to other villains played by Mads Mikkelsen and Antonio Banderas, along with Indy's goddaughter, played by Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

The video also gives an interesting revelation that the franchise newcomer Phoebe Waller-Bridge will be very much part of action sequences, and will be seen sharing the spotlight with Ford. Going by the trailer, it seems that though Indiana is trying to lead a quiet life, he will probably be forced to put on his hat back again.

ABOUT INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF DESTINY

The James Mangold directorial is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers.
